October 31, 20196 yr Scherzer has given everything he has. You have to pull him here, especially with Cole coming to finish the game. Edited October 31, 20196 yr by Jack Parkman

October 31, 20196 yr 2-0 lead feels like 7-0. I think the Nationals are happy to see Greinke leave and don’t care who is coming in next

October 31, 20196 yr With at least a two run lead, you give Greinke some rope. He's pitched better than Verlander and even Cole this series. It's also not like he's a MAX effort pitcher at this point in his career....so you're not as worried about him "losing his stuff."
October 31, 20196 yr Plenty of opportunity to shell Max could come back to haunt the Stros. You can't leave people on base.

October 31, 20196 yr 1 minute ago, Look at Ray Ray Run said: Wolf just called that a ball for Scherzer with two strikes the inning before. Yes the balls and strikes have become a little more lax the past couple of innings, I agree.

October 31, 20196 yr Grienke more than did his job tonight. The Astros RISP hitting has been abysmal.
