Huge plate for Greinke.

It was 1 pitch. The first one was a strike it was just caught poorly. Second one was outside but Wolf hasn't missed much.

Let's see if Hinch over thinks this and takes Greinke out early

Scherzer has given everything he has. You have to pull him here, especially with Cole coming to finish the game.

Bringing in Cole on 2 days rest when Greinke is rolling is a mistake imho

2-0 lead feels like 7-0.

I think the Nationals are happy to see Greinke leave and don’t care who is coming in next

Nothing would be more enjoyable for me than Roberto Osuna blowing the World Series.

I wouldn't take Greinke out until he gave up a run the way he's going.

Nats are just as good. Take your pick they might come back.

With at least a two run lead, you give Greinke some rope.

He's pitched better than Verlander and even Cole this series.

It's also not like he's a MAX effort pitcher at this point in his career....so you're not as worried about him "losing his stuff."

Plenty of opportunity to shell Max could come back to haunt the Stros.  You can't leave people on base.

Maybe he's confused and thinkin of putting him in for Sherzer

Wolf just called that a ball for Scherzer with two strikes the inning before.

Yes the balls and strikes have become a little more lax the past couple of innings, I agree.

I thought Scherzer had a small zone than Grienke

Greinke has def been getting a bigger zone, it’s ruined some ABs like the Zimmerman one in the 6th

Anthony Rendon is a fuckin stud man

Grienke more than did his job tonight.  The Astros RISP hitting has been abysmal.

I get it, but I leave greinke in.
