  • That nickname seems like an effort to sanitize "Luis" of its Hispanic character and even make it sound a bit Southern. Might as well call Jose Abreu - JoBrew . Sweet Home Alabama... I'm goin

Honestly just lmao at this “pandemic”.  Vast majority of positives are asymptomatic and the overall death rate is barely more than the normal flu.  But yeah lets just stop life for the next 6 years ti

I think Yoan just likes to show bunt to freak us out

I definitely think it’s just to put the idea in peoples head. He had zero intention of bunting that ball

14 balls put into play by Sox batters today...opposite of normal Sox Corpsball.

oh good, moncada bunting, mother fucker

So stupid, just falling behind in the count for no reason

That was nasty

Wouldn’t late July/early August have been when Rodin was slated to return anyway?

The original prognosis was after the 2019 all star game, so almost exactly when this season started.

It’s fairly obvious it’s a serious injury

Rodon is the White Sox version of Mark Prior. It is what it is. Oh, what could have been if he stayed healthy.

He's toast.

Burnes is not fast to the plate whatsoever. Robert should be able to take 2nd with ease

I don’t get it

You guys kill me making fun of Avi. Offensively or defensively, we haven't had a right fielder close to as good as Avi since he left. And we won't have one this year either.

Correct

Yep, I hate when he does that, it's probably to keep them honest, even though they have the damn shift on and it just puts him down in the count.

I'm shutting down Rodon and Dunning at this point.

If Dunning isn't hurt, no one is preemptively shutting him down. Back away from the ledge.

Shoulder soreness. Christ...

This I will say could be caused by the shortened preseason.

Robert is the only player Ricky trusts to steal bases apparently.

There's mounting evidence that guys coming off Tommy John are dropping like flies. Kopech looks like a genius.

Brewers trading Trent Grisham looking like a terrible move so far for that organization.   Urias is never going to hit well enough at big league level.

Not necessarily the worst case scenario we're all assuming it is?

Maybe when he switched sides mid game it helps him adjust to what the ball will look like

When was the last time he was fully healthy?  2016?  His arm is just glass.

I cant get invested in pitching prospects for this reason.  So many get hurt.  Get veteran pitching through free agency and put the rest of the roster together through good draft picks

That's actually an interesting thought I hadn't thought of, maybe?

Great catch by Pina....98 MPH and tailing high.   Would pull off most layman's shoulders, lol.

It isn't just TJS guys going down.

So there is one?

Jose anytime come on!
