Hard to imagine that isn’t it for Carlos in a Sox uni if he doesn’t return this season. 

I hope we get to see Dunning in the rotation. This could be a great opportunity for him that he might not have otherwise gotten.

I've been quietly waiting and hoping to see Dane Dunning but I hope he's not being rushed, but it's just one of those situations where he's next in line regardless if he's ready

Give dunning and bernardo Flores a chance.  Ive got a good feeling about flores being a solid rotation guy for years now with his control and movement.  

So do we actually think Dunning will be the guy?

could Garrett Crochet make an appearance? threw over 60IP in '18 & '19 is beyond fresh...... could temper his work load even though we're now 17% through the season.

I really hope they don't turn to Detweiler, as Stoney and Jason suggested.  He really seems to thrive so far coming out of the pen.  Leave him doing what he's shown the most success doing.

If this season keeps going the way that it has, James Shields will be on a roster soon enough. 

Might as well overpay for 2 months of Stroman (if he's nearing a return) since we've done such a bad job of hiding our interest in him during the upcoming FA period

We liked him when he was drafted IIRC and have tried to trade for him in the past. A lot less important but he also liked my tweet a few months ago in which I said I would love for him to be on the Sox next year

He's a lot shorter than his older brother, unless he hits a similar late growth spurt.

Last I saw, only 5'11 1/2" compared to 6'3 1/2".

In all seriousness, it was like a mulligan for Fernando Tatis, Jr., to let the second son sign with Chicago after the first one got away.   It's hard to believe he's equally or perhaps even more talented, because it's almost impossible to find something to criticize him about (maybe his reckless/aggressive defense, reckless/aggressive baserunning and too many strikeouts are the top 3.)

I don't think even if Elijah never manages to make it to the big leagues than Hahn would be dumb enough to trade the other brother, well, just in case.    Even if he's Jordan to John Danks, comparatively.

As much as I love Dunning lets not rush him up. I'd rather see Flores get the shot. But sadly I am guessing Detweiler will
