Umpire completely took that at-bat away from Robert... One thing's for certain, that McCann will be catching Giolito for the rest of the season.

Giolito is fucking PUMPED! strikes out the side!

This is the best Lucas has looked all year. I'd be ok with him going out there in the 8th.

fuck no.

Heuer is going 8th or burdi.. I would go 8/9 with a combo of those 2

No chance they put Burdi in close game

That was the best sequence from Giolito this year. He was getting everything over.

Guarantee if Lucas gave up a couple runs there, everybody would have been blaming RR for trying to extend him one more inning.

McCann has been absolutely HUGE in getting Giolito back on track in this game.

Worth his weight in gold.

let's go!

8th inning will be the toughest with 2-3-4 coming up. Hopefully Marshall has his good stuff tonight

Another great outing by Lucas. Looks like the armchair experts were wrong about the league having him figured out after his first start.

Masterful inning Gio!

There wasn’t a single post before that inning saying to pull him. That was the opposite of the numerous posts before Gio and Anderson got another inning.

I'm not sure you would tell me the truth but if you say so .Parkman manned up that was cool. He didnt have to.

Maybe you were the one hating on McCann, and youre just blaming me to divert attention and rewrite the narrative

Have to choose between Marshall, Cordero, Heuer....and eventually Burdi/Hamilton (hopefully).    Detwiler can figure in here as well.

It's going to be Heuer then Colome, with Colome blowing it

I like Marshall but I don’t want him in there with a 1 run lead give me heuer

???

National TV game against the best pitcher in the AL is EXACTLY what Gio needed to get him going. this is BIG for the rest of the season

He better keeping throwing the breaking stuff next outing. No more of the fastball/change up only shit

Lucas letting it all hang out as they used to say back in the day.

Marshall has been solid for nearly a year now, he gets first shot IMO

Maybe you too can be on Mount Rushmore with that brilliant prediction.   NOSTRADAMUS, ye are not.
