If you are only in your mid-30's and depending on herbals you've got a long way to go. I past mid-30's a couple decades ago.

I can attest to this. Used to be able to drink until 4 or 5 and wake up for 7. If I drink now I feel it for two days sometimes.

Yeah i gotta be productive early after long nights of drinking these days. And I don't do it as much. Regular drinking and I'm fine.
