I get Robert covers a lot of ground and is the better fielder, but with a routine flyball to LF, just let Eloy catch it before they both get hurt.

It’s on mlb network .

thats close to the opening day lineup

Dodger starter, Urias, is a lefty, but a real good one.  Hopefully our guys can break out a little bit today.  Get some mo going.

Not sure about Moncada cleanup in the season, would bat him 6th or 7th vs. lefties with the current Sox team.

Going off career splits for a guy who has played what, a month?

1 minute 20 second top of the first. Buehrle is jealous.

A little communication please...

Robert needs to scream I got it there

Agreed. A routine fly to LF is not something he needs to go all out for.

He needs to let Eloy catch the ball. I love that he is aggressive and covers a lot of ground, but this happened a couple of times last year, and they are going to make a routine fly to LF a disaster with the ball flying out of his glove some day, and one or both guys getting hurt.

His natural platoon advantage should be against LHP, and I expect it to improve. That said, I also expect his obp vs righties to likely drop by the same token, small sample size.

If he doesn’t develop some type of power and doesn’t walk much, he won’t be an everyday player on a good team.

That should have been stopped last year, needs to be the last this year.

Mike Wright might not be the guy

Mike Wright? More like Mike Wrong.

And typing is not yours. Those are some crazy high OBPs there

Why is this guy still getting innings?

Matt Davidson sitting in the Dodgers dugout knowing he's better than Wright lmao
