the side angle totally showed he had a chance.  he hesitated on contact.

I thought that was hit harder off the bat. My first instinct is that he hit that a bit too hard and right at Robert.

Lapse in concentration there from Giolito with two outs...got too careful with Trout and Rendon.

Upton is the offensive key to that team, to give them a third consistent threat.

I’d say Ohtani before Upton.

Hell, maybe Adell before Upton.

This is where Collins hammers one.

Benetti needs to learn and turn off “The Jason & Steve Variety Show” when the Sox have two runners on base.  He was more interested in talking about the Nationwide singing thing he does with Stone than the fact the Sox had a potential rally mounting.

This is probably partially the result of 3 1/2 rebuilding seasons as well...where he thought he needed to entertain to compensate for the inferior on-field product.

Someone needs to send the memo that it's the players, not the broadcasters, that we tune in for.

Collins just does not hit

2-0 chopper on high fastball

They are letting Bundy off the hook

Madrigal off to a rousing start.

Madrigal's style won't work in the MLB.

Adell isn’t on the major league roster.

But the bat to ball skills look way better than old Collins.

I know. Which was the point.

Madrigal seems to basically hit little squibs.  Sometimes they find a hole/fall.

Lineup just lacks the thump it should.

They lost their best power hitter but they still have at least 5 guys who will hit 20+ homers. They're 5 innings into the season. Calm down dude
