And it's not like his hit tool makes him all that valuable since he has almost no power potential. If he's gonna have value he's gonna need to be at least average on defense.

It's only one game for sure, but I'm just not sure Collins is the answer at DH. Especially if Vaughn and Robert have struggles at the plate.

I still want to know why La Russia didn’t pitch hit for Leury with Vaughn, Mercedes, & Lamb on the bench and Hamilton able to pinch run and slide into LF if need be.  I’m greatly concerned Tony is going to his old veterinarian friend for analytical data.

Agree, but that's still pathetic that the Sox can't get the challenge in.

As an aside I remember madrigal on 1st in the last spring training game I saw and he was like one pussyhair from getting picked off multiple times.  I bet madrigal-related incidents are going to get us out of a lot offensive opportunities this season.  I expect pickoffs, cs, more base running blunders, etc.
