Probably why most of his fastballs are in the 96-97 mph range and not 98+.

Maybe that's actually a good thing, doesn't seem to be affecting his results at all.

I like that.  For 2021 I think Kopech could be a crucial part of the bullpen if used correctly.

I’m not worried - The run on that heater was nice. My guess is he is just pitching (vs throwing). Maybe he still listening to some of Coop’s advice.

I agree with you. If he's dialing back a little bit for any number of reasons, that's totally fine.

Different guns and the one in Anaheim seemed a little hot.

Yeah Ohtani was throwing 101, I didn't know he could throw that hard

Seems a season that only was August and September has people forgetting April Abreu

That was the pitch to hit. Moncada's bat looks so slow right now.

Let’s get him going.

Missed the past few minutes of the Four Letter Network Radio Broadcast because an engineer there went to a national program.

Looks like he’s back to 2018 passivity. Not attacking like he was when he was going good

Then Rodon would have thrown 100 in Anaheim.

He was 98/99 his first outing.  I’m guessing he was hyped up for the moment, and is dialing it back tonight.

You can't teach speed ?
