I think you keep it where it is and if he continues being this effective I can see him popping into the rotation after all star break and only having pitched maybe 60-70 innings  should give him roughly 80-90 innings over say 15 starts? Again only if needed due to injury or what have you.

Maybe it’s me but he’s not getting enough extension in his swing.  Hands really close to his body.
