Tigers @ Sox, 4/29/21

We scored 3 runs but Tony still made the absolute wrong decisions there and I am kind of mad he was rewarded for it. Garcia will start next game and probably against Bieber tomorrow because TLR is too afraid to put Vaughn in there against him

Mize has great stuff, its just a matter of time

Great is not 93-94 mph anymore, that’s less than Carson Fulmer.

His secondary stuff just isn’t consistent enough, and FB/split not dominant.

I just want to win.

Good lord, Carlos.

Career high 12 strikeouts...

NC State with Trea Turner, not UNC...need to correct radio guys.

And please don’t get cute and put Heuer in to save it.

Hence the reason that managers really don't make that much difference in baseball.

Top of the order up again. I would be real careful about letting Carlos face Schoop again.

Kind of ironic that it took two surgeries and lenghty rehab stints for carlos to tap into his potential

Similarish situation to where TLR fell asleep against the Tigers on Tuesday. I completely agree.

His refusal to shift will cost the Sox a lot of runs over the course of the season

Carlos and I said the same thing at the same time after that walk. This is a good thing.

Grossman is so pesky.

Katz seemed to do a great job helping Rodon fix his mechanics. I think that's a huge reason why his stuff and command are so improved.

And a new pitching coach and more motivation

Rodon reaching back to hit 97 there

Still throwing 96-97 but Candelario is dangerous...first walk.

36 k’s, 9 walks in 24+ innings of work.

Instant perm ban.

I’d be more concerned with facing a swatting incident after the deluge of calls to the FBI.

Rodon has been throwing a lot of pitches this season (deservingly so), id like to see them take him out soon

Let's get a dp.

Carlos emptying the tank now.

Yikes, that was risky by Tim

I would pull him now, but its not as clear cut as Giolito was.

Shit that was close.

That throw would have been over Nick’s head

Rodon started the game at 91 and he's hitting 99 in the 6th when he needs it. That's peak Verlander stuff right there.
