Yeah but Cease is like a lot of guys who go from 0-2 to 3-2 as they peck around.  I like changing eye level and showing a pitch just to put it in the hitter's mind...but good pitchers challenge hitters IMO.  Conserves pitch count and keeps fielders in the game.  Lopez types could learn a lot by emulating Mark Buehrle.

And TBH a fastball down the pipe on 0-2 is the last thing I would expect as a hitter.
