We are genuinely at risk of this clown fucking up a beautiful thing, and that makes Willie really sad.

  • Should he really be swinging on 3-2?  What about sportsmanship?

Tony LaRussa just backed the bus over his own player publicly, and got mocked for it by his own players publicly. Are his players irrational haters too?

Obviously Lamb will hit another homer.

I think he should play against righties, eventually he should get up to career norms, but this 2-hole stuff...especially with his 30% k-rate this year, is just so dumb.

Player succeeds once out of 10 attempts.

SoxTalk posters: "Hahahahaahh, stupid people in your face LOLOLOL."

I think more people had an issue with where Lamb was hitting, not that he was playing at all.

Rinse, repeat.

So Grandal hit that one at 105 off the bat. Maybe that's why he thought it was gone. He hit it well, it just didn't go anywhere.

It's happening to multiple hitters in every game. For 4 years, basically any ball at that exit velo and LA was a HR. Now they're falling short of the warning track.

Yeah, he just got under it.

Side note....

TLRs quote about Yermin is a flat out joke.

I love Yermin response. “I’m always doing Yermin”

& I guarantee his teammates would have his back in that statement.

They are in Chicago watching the game on TVs.

He’s announcing remotely isn’t he?

Yaz needs to stop the bat drop.

What if the manager gave him the bat drop sign

Yeah, but he's never been good at judging them off the crack of the bat despite being right inside the stadium with a bird's eye view.

no peep from Tony on a ridiculous ball call, but ge‘ll be right there when someone does a bat flip. Just on his own team of course

Another strike not called

Ohhhhh no, he’s out.

Eh, Ohtani seems to be on the fast track to MVP anyway

He is a great player and story...I have no problem with that

So who gets beaned by the Twins now....tough choice between Grandal and Yermin.

That said, I wouldn't want to mess with Lance Lynn if I was on the other team.

WTH ARE YOU DOING LARUSSA?

Why not challenge that?  He was out.

No challenge?  Are you kidding?  He’s out on replay.

No challenge? wtf

Why would you not challenge that?
