    FUCK TLR

  • Well, it's not repetitive because La Russa gives a new, easily avoidable and completely moronic blunder/scandal every few weeks since he's been here.

I find it amazing that he knows the unwritten rules better than the written rules of the game.

looks strong enough to finish the game, although I wouldn't suggest it with 2,3,4 up next inning

Change up was filthy

He was shaky with his command early, but has been cruising since like the 5th. Really his only mistake was a fastball that Cruz homered on.

Tony gave Gio the pitch a gem sign. Good thing Gio didn’t miss it.

I would have Gio pitch the 9th as well. Let him finish it off and give the bullpen the day off.

Put him out again please .

A little wild early, gave up a solo shot to Cruz, but really settled in to pitch 8 solid.

Quit the negative waves guys .

Welcome to Soxtalk. Congrats on your first post.

So does La Russa dare put in his precious (Hendriks) or is Giolito finishing this off with 111 pitches as it is?

We should put in a position player to close it out.  The Twins would respect him enough to not hit off of him.

Give Gio a chance to finish it up or give Liam a clean 9th for once?

pitching Giolito in the 9th would be a mistake imo

Which was typical gio last year. I wonder if some of the stuff he was working on to help him start games stronger is what messed him up?

this is not a bad idea. Vaughn used to pitch.

Not a fan of asking him to throw 120+ pitches in May

I don't want to see Liam in the 9th.  He sucks.  This is what they're paying him to do though, so I'm sure he will be out there.  Buckle up

Oh boy....Aussie time almost certainly. Hold on to your butts.

This offense was content just showing up.

Beyond the 16 run explosion, offense not great since the KC series.

Nice insurance runs there bats...??
