Keuchel seems to be someone you can only let face hitters twice

White Sox undefeated in hypothetical future innings that never happened. Hooray for that omniscience?

  • Real contending outfield we have out there

The only good thing to come out of this game was Vaughn getting a shot of confidence taking out Chapman.

Oh look, Marshall in another high leverage situation.  Tony needs to be fired ASAP.

2 big outs.

Lol...hard to complain about the outcome there, but still an insane decision to me.

Now we have Keuchel/LaRussa Gate.

Hahn and/or KW are going to need to get things back under control in Chicago before the clubhouse/chemistry issues start to fester.

Pitching to Gleyber...

This is year 5 of the rebuild. Same year the Cubs went on their rampage. Seems like the Sox rebuild is not going nearly as well unfortunately.

Lack of team health threw a wrench in that. Whose turn is next to get hurt?

The 26-16 record was obviously fool’s  gold  achieved primarily against a crappy central division (minus Cleveland).  This team is not ready to play the big boys. What we Are seeing this weekend is not all Yankee pitching.  I guarantee the next time Montgomery and Taillon pitch other teams will hit them.

We will be fine, especially when everyone is healthy.  The problem is they caught us in the middle of a cold steak.

Auditions for Charlotte?

Omg we actually got Gleyber Torres out.

That somehow caught the corner.  Holy Shit

How dare Benetti question TLR strategy.  Doesn't he know only one other manager has lost more games?

If people are just focused on winning the division and being the new Twins that is fine but I thought we were aiming higher. Yet some of the more "optimistic" fans simply are happy with things like "run differentials" when we are losing to any actually good team we play. I don't get it.

Agree 100%. The needle has now moved to just compete for a division with a team that has the lowest payroll in baseball and consistently trades away all star level players.  I thought the goal of the rebuild was to finally be a franchise that could swim in the deep end with the big boys?

Good job by Marshall. Need to get him on track

I will assume it is the beginning of one.

Good job by Marshall there, if we are getting back into this one need to do something in top of the 6th.

Man, can we hit a home run at some point.

Take him out now on a high note.

35 straight scoreless innings for Yankees’ starters.

Last happened in, wait for it, 1932...

Is  there any reason not to pinch hit?

Maybe if they stop drafting players that can only DH or signing NL pkayers.

If our dead offense could put up a run or two I would definitely take him out.
