Cease isnt the same pitcher these last 2 starts

Probably could have used the extra days they gave Rodon.

  • I for one am rooting for the White Sox to win this game. I had to make the game thread to remove the filth from the previous game thread starter.

Please grow up.  Your schtick is tired.  We are all here to cheer on the Sox.  But I won’t be feeding into whatever twisted need you have for attention.  Enjoy your trolling good sir.

I'm so sick and tired of Haase.

Yea Cease is a ticking time bomb today it seems

Anderson is pretty off.

His swing has looked different to me. Looked back at his 2020 highlights, and sure enough, his follow through is different. Both hands stay on the bat this year vs 1 hand past years

Guy is playing Trout-like these past couple days

Lots of hard contact off Cease so far.

Is it a coincidence that hitters can make contact post- sticky substance suspension?

Nice play to keep the runner at 3rd AV

Wow Mazara never had a productive out in a Sox uniform

The Pirates 1B would never...

Haase is what McCaan was at times.

Horrible pitch sequence from Grandal here.

He Gone!  97 on the corner.

Great pitch there. Solid sequencing by Grandal. Like to see Dylan establish the curveball.

Cease needs to quit nibbling and finish guys off. Pitch count always high

I didn't like him calling 4 curveballs in a row.

His spin rates today are still really good.

Parkman disagrees.

I would have liked to see a high and in fastball after the 3rd curve. I guess the risk is that Cease might miss his spot.

Grandal robbed

Adam Engel on his hamstring injury:

"I'm not going to max out a leg curl this week, but I can do everything on a baseball field."

Damn, nice stop

His spin rates have always been good but hitters have always been all over him in MLB, save for about 6 weeks this season.

Fair!  Eaton triple!

More idiotic Tigers defense leads to a triple by Adam Eaton.

Time to take advantage.

Baddoo almost made a hell of a catch. Triple tho
