And that is a Sox beat Jays winner!

One of those "other 40" as Hawk would put it.  Could have went other way, but the better team won. Good win.  Lotta contributors.  Vaughn the MVP tonight and Rodon battled.

Nice team win! La Russa is just there guiding the plane on auto pilot and the players are making it happen.

That 8th inning is some of the most fun I've had watching the team this year. It's funny cause the 8th has been a real sore spot for us cause of the bullpen.

Sometimes a systems manager makes a good pilot.

Nice to be on the other side if one of those—Jays blew so many opportunities you just knew it would come back to bite them.  Quality W.

That middle inning pick off really flipped this one.

Marshall against Vlad Jr with guys on felt like a disaster waiting to happen. I still can't believe we got out of that. As bad as Marshall has been this year, he has pitched out of same crazy jams.

How about the nads on Marshall with that change up K to Vladdy?!

Geeeezsh

Whoever was behind homeplate umpiring, hats off to you, was one of the more enjoyable games to watch.

it's pretty insane how many draft picks the Sox have contributing.

We are 14 games over and look at some of the lineups we throw out there….

This team is built for a deep playoff run. I’m sure there will be some slight tinkering at the deadline, but day in and out this team competes and you can see how much they love playing for one another!

Great game fellas!

Ruiz one inning was big in my book today.  To me he calmed things down.

Chelios is very good on post game.

Helluva game despite Robbie Ray’s pants.

His whole uniform looked a little “snug”

C Los was gutsy tonight and ramped it up to 100 mph

It was definitely a tight game until he left

It Takes A Team . Rodon, Marshall, Ruiz, Crochet, Hendriks. Vaughn, Abreu, Mercedes, Grandal, Eaton, Leury, Mr. Anderson ! Special thanks to TLR for not bunting.

Sox looked like a good team (again) tonight. Excellent victory. Easy to take for granted. Lotta stars. Nice job.

Had a hunch this was going to be a fun series and Game 1 lived up to the hype.

I don't think I've ever seen anything in an MLB game that I would describe as creepy.

I'm hoping to see the ghost of Shoeless Joe Jackson in the World Series this year.
