Cleveland sucks bro and so do these recent takes.

Not quite the same 2005 Indians team with Ozzie fawning all over Grady Sizemore...

2-0

Pirates remain patient, Lucas is now over 100 pitches. Tyler Anderson is at 66 pitches.

The Sox lead the league in errors, continue to make horseshit decisions in the field, and are going through the motions at the plate with poor approaches. The manager needs to make sure his team have a better mindset and prepared to play baseball.

is scoring 2 runs off of a AAA team too hard to ask for this offense?

We are just about at the bottom of the barrel losing to Pittsburgh

I guess we left whatever offense we had left in Houston.

OPS Last 14 Days:

  • Collins .944
  • Goodwin .873
  • Garcia .836
  • Vaughn .728
  • Anderson .715
  • Mendick .657
  • Grandal .635

Now do this against LHP.  Then tell me how it has any predictive merit.

So the question is, will anything change after they are shutout

I mean, they should have sent Mercedes down for the NL series for someone who can actually play a position, so my guess is no.

Uh-oh.

Hitting with RISP.

Let me guess, Goodwin tried to throw home foolishly and missed the cutoff man?

Need to start considering the David Ross treatment with Baez...of course, just like YerminGate, Baez is hitting .111 in June so White Sox unlikely to get any help from him.

I'd complain about the Cubbies not scoring any runs but....

Goodwin has no business batting 2nd .......but in all honesty......there is no one in this lineup that belongs in 2 hole

Grandal should bat second against all LHP.

Tell me how Grandal walking in the six hole is going to make a difference, and Lucas gives up more runs. Collins had one of the best swings tonight.

The top of the order has been absolute shit. Grandal has done shit the past few weeks, just like the other "MVPs".

Cutoff man let the throw go through. The play at the plate was somewhat close.

I was making a joke.

Your joke flew over my head...lol.  Apologies brother.

They’re going to run the starting rotation into the ground by August.

Fantastic running grab by AV to end the inning!

Just tuned in, welp, at least this shows it wasn't Houston's pitching that the Sox couldn't hit, this offense is just terrible right now.

Nice catch AV!!!

That's a great read by Vaughn. Eloy would have killed himself on that ball.

Grandal is 2nd on the team in homeruns

Without Moncada and Abreu driving the ball...doesn’t matter where Grandal hits.

When Jerry did the White Flag trade he said "Anyone that thinks we can catch Cleveland is crazy"

Which is why I phrased it in just that way.

And yet a number are seemingly unexcited by adding a second baseman with 50% more homers than Grandal.
