Billy is an incredibly likeable guy, but let’s be honest, he is pretty redundant if everyone is healthy

Good outfield defensive replacement late, and pinch runner, and good clubhouse presence.  Good to keep if we have the space available.

  • cant wait for more TLR apologists to post but a source within the club house says everyone loves drunk uncle Tony; even if that is the case make him the bench coach. Nothing has changed hes still a do

Billy doesn’t belong on paper.  However, he belongs in the ether zone.  He’s here to stay.  His input is measured in between lines.

Manager made all the right moves that inning too.   Hats off to Tony!

You are a refreshing presence here. Congrats to all the players and coaches once again, and thanks to all of them for bringing so much happiness into my life this summer!

Unless they really want to f$%& up the karma of what is looking like a special team, they better not even think of cutting Hamilton.  He absolutely needs to have a spot on this team from a baseball perspective for pinch running and D late in games come October.

Hamilton had not hit righthanded since high school v RHP until a week or so ago and did what he did last night.

Everyone knows what he is but his run here is nothing short of amazing.  I had never heard him interviewed until last night.  He needs to be interviewed more.

Do you have a link to the interview?

Twins-Sox 17K. Cubs-Cards 35K.

Can the Sox afford to keep Hamilton and Goodwin on the postseason roster?

Literally no one but Cub fans cares.

Even Cub fans don't care.  The 35k was in St. Louis, not Wrigley.
