We've seen Tony do defensive switches starting in like the 6th inning. Leaving Sheets and Goodwin both in the game is very puzzling.

There’s zero reason to leave Goodwin in the game defensively.

If the reason is Goodwin hitting LH, Hader would wipe him out later.

Hopefully TLR would PH at that point.
