Don't like Hendriks vs. 3 lefties. If you can't trust Crochet or Bummer here, why are they on the team?

The plan to gear Kopech and Crochet towards being starters is going horribly.

Goodwin made an out fairly recently. Double switching him out of the game so you can get the defensive improvement + have the possibility of Kopech for 2 innings was an obvious decision to make.

This is like having a 6 year old manage. What the hell?

  • Kopech hit so he could walk Adames

Tony is going to make a lot of haters here look like big-time clowns, per usual.

Whoever has said Tony has been ok you must be senile like him, Tony s time has passed him the players deserve credit for staying in 1st place. Hahn needs to get bullpen help ASAP otherwise they going to burn our closer my goodness.

He is actually well rested…the bigger issue is getting through the 8th the rest of the season.

I’m neither a TLR apologist nor constant detractor, but no matter how this turns out, his failure to double switch is ridiculous.

You act like this bullpen just started shitting. down their leg, they’ve been doing this all season long

yet they are still 8.5 ganes up. There is no need to rush and overpay to beat the market

None of the decisions leading up to using Hendriks made any sense, but using him for 6 outs is fine. He's fresh and we've seen he can handle pitching twice on the same day, larger pitch counts than a typical reliever, etc.

Does Crochet have to drive drunk to get some innings?

No, he needs to be TLR’s designated driver.

He has a ERA+ of 137 and is averaging almost 12 K’s per 9, he needs to pitch more.

Maybe if he pitched more, he could get on a roll.

TLR should be offered an early retirement package. Leaving Goodwin in and letting Kopech bat were senile moves.

On the bright side that's probably the best Liam has looked all year

Normally I don't think anyone would care if Hendriks comes in for 6 outs on occasion. It's everything that came before- leaving Goodwin in, no double switch, letting Kopech in to hit, having him come out for only 1 more hitter after.

Heee gooonnneee!!!

Hendriks is so much fun

Liam fired up.

Don't get too excited Liam...you still got 3 outs left to get.

Notice that the Brewers are warning up their best reliever even with a 3-1 deficit.

That said, no way Burr, Bummer and Crochet can be trusted on the road in that kind of environment.

Liam had some untimely homers hit against him, but his k/bb ratio is just insane

i guess when you only have 2 good relievers out of 12 gotta use em..

Fun to see so many Sox fans in Milwaukee

Why doesn’t ESPN have Liam mic’d tonight?   I would have loved to have heard him screaming profanities that inning!

Everyone could clearly see Kopech was pushing hard just to get through his first inning…

Agreed......all the crochet love, he has not been good in these situations and tends to get behind and walk guys.

Liam bailed out TLR just hope Liam comes back strong in the 9th, hope the boys get at least one more run just to be comfortable.

Can we get an insurance run off Boxberger?

It is inexcusable. He was a NL manager for many years.
