Well, as much as we talk about Cease, he delivered a QS, 6 IP and 3 R (2ER). Plenty fine for a #4/5 starter.

 

Starting staff, overall, is just fine. It'd be nice if someone would light a fire under the ass of our 1-3.

Cease looks as good as Mike Minor or Brad Keller some innings

Cannot complain about Cease’s outing tonight.  This is on the offense, as was last night.

Great inning for cease and sox best chance to score up this inning.

And this could readily have been a 1-1 game with competent defense.
