Zavy pitch calling is wierd.  Kopech thrives using the high fastball and he has barely called one.

Definitely 5 runs. We gave up a 7-2 lead against Detroit in one inning. 

DK sucked but this game is on Kopech. He came in with 4 runs given up and completed imploded. It happens, but he shouldn't have been back out there. Two things that probably won't happen this year.

 

1. We have a great bullpen

2. We get a 10 game lead in the division

We are going to get picked apart by opposing teams in the playoffs like that…have some freaking pride, both pitchers and catchers.

I agree with you.  It's sucks the whole team has been struggling lately.  Hopefully they snap out of it sooner than later.

I honestly don't think his stuff was that bad tonight. Just a combination of some bad defense and really bad pitch selection.

We've gotten beat by the bottom of their order too. It's not like Franmil and Ramirez are driving in most of their runs tonight. A pitching staff that's this good shouldn't be giving up this many runs to guys with OPS under .500.
