August 13, 20214 yr Could you guys have imagined how miserable tonight and tomorrow would have been had we lost? Having an off-day after a loss like that would be torture. Thank you TA!

August 13, 20214 yr Holy shit! From pissed off to jubilant in a heartbeat! Great win snatched from the jaws of defeat.
August 13, 20214 yr Suck it Yankees! Suck it Yankees fans! Suck home plate umpire who sucked! damnit it I love you Tim Anderson !
August 13, 20214 yr I really need someone to dub the Joe Buck TA7 call over Pods Game 2 WS winner to finally correct the horribly disappointed sounding call me made back then.

But DJ saying "light it up" for a TA walk off, man, that hits me right in the heart.
August 13, 20214 yr From a deflating loss to a exhilarating win...what a great game. And yeah, we cannot have Hendriks pitching the 9th, especially not in the playoffs, we have options, Kimbrel or Kopech.
August 13, 20214 yr If you build it....they will hit a shit load of home runs into the RF cornstalks.
August 13, 20214 yr I feel like because this game ended in such a classic fashion that they may do it again for the Sox/Yankees. Its rare that a one off game like this becomes so memorable.

Thinking of Farmeo, and love ones no longer here, in person, to enjoy this game and season.

August 13, 20214 yr It is an interesting question...does Kimbrel take over the 9th inning duties? The # of home runs allowed by Hendriks is a concern.
August 13, 20214 yr Anyone know what TA is saying as he rounds the bases.........is it......"game over?"
August 13, 20214 yr Hendricks hasn’t pitched since the 1st game of the Cubs series. He looked a little off and has been a little shaky but I think he will turn it around eventually. Way to go TA for putting the team on your back!!!! Edited August 13, 20214 yr by maloney.adam
