This tweet is clearly the result of rabbits post. He knows nothing. Just remember he was like most of us and didn't know the option rule when the Sox sent Collins down, which means his source didn't either. Dead giveaway to his phonyness.

Hahn said he was under the weather with a non covid related thing.  Pito had covid last winter and is vaccinated.  Maybe it's a cold and they don't want him flying to risk ear infection or something.  Probably fly him tomorrow?

You can still get COVID a second time.

You can still get COVID if you are vaccinated.

Why do people not understand these.

The man gets hit in the head and wants to stay in the game.

Nothing short of full blown diarrhea is keeping him from post season glory.

Of course.  But the team has also said it's non covid related and specified.  I assume he got tested and it came back negative.  I don't think Hahn would have said non covid related if he had covid.

maybe he got another test and it came back positive after that negative because the negative test was taken too soon.  Possible.

I understand both of those things, but I don't think Rick Hahn is flat out lying to people about whether or not Abreu has COVID.

Maybe Hahn didn't lie when he said that.  Maybe things change?

If his symptoms were even consistent with COVID, I doubt Hahn would have said what he said. I think it's something completely different.

Not Cishek doesn't know shit.

Yes, some people must think Hahn is a complete idiot.  If Abreu was/is experiencing covid type symptoms I am guessing he wouldn't publicly state it isn't covid related simply based on a negative test.

illness (non-covid) can very well mean he tested negative.

Not Steve and his BS at it again

Okay, so he might actually have the latter. But he's still gonna play. :)

Even if it's "just" the flu the last thing you want is for him to get everybody else sick.
