They do, Cease has had trouble executing his entire career, beyond a few brief moments.

I thought for sure we would get an OF at the deadline...but was OK with the moves!  The deadline has looked DISASTROUS at the moment!  The moves they made ended up at best being meaningless...at worst detrimental in big games!  The moves they didn't make (getting a hitter to play RF) were worse!
