He looked wobbly getting up, looked like he might have hit his head into the top of the fence.

They are definitely working shoulder, and he wants to stay in.  Everyone out there convincing him otherwise.

What a 4 and a half hour Sox playoff win does to this 20 year old dog of mine...

  • How about for '22 we invoke a dress code for starters. Caps on straight, shirts buttoned and no jewelry. We lead the league in chains. Maybe hire Gabe Kapler away from Giants to instill a little purpo

  • You seem like a nice enough fellow but… respectfully… get the fuck out of here.

lol if he can't throw he can't bat, GTFO dude you're done, good effort, but you're done.

Damn honestly I respect Meyers a lot after watching him want to stay in, clearly hurt

Meanwhile McCullers cold on the mound i hope

Keep him in with a bum arm. Give him a chance to throw a few balls away.

McCormick hits lefties well, I don't think they're missing much at the plate. Meyers is probably better defensively although McCormick grades out decently in CF.

It would be nice to see Cesar Hernandez do.....anything.

Can’t be chasing boys. Auck the Fstro

That was the same exact pitch sequence to Grandal, for the first 3 pitches. 2 curves low and in and then a back door curve. He's working the breaking ball a lot, especially to the lefties.

that changeup is nasty.

Aside from getting the Sox on the board, Gavin's HR means that Cesar doesn't have to lead off the next inning.

I like this AJ, Adam and Adam crew

Just keep working the count, now with a lead that should help them relax

McCullers isn't feeling it for the back door breaking ball.

WTF...is this ump giving him a high and low strike??

Absolute ball on both of those

Cesar has done a nice job of drawing walks in these two games.  if he isn't going to hit, that'll work.

Cesar has 4 walks this series.

Take him deep TImmy!

maybe the McCullers that walks alot of people will show up today

Thinking the same thing.  They’re pretty enjoyable

Timmy is bringing him in.

Hey, a base on balls works! Especially for bringing up TA. A ball in the gap or down the line should score a run here with Cesar's speed

Hey, a good AB from Cesar, baby steps!

MLB at-bat push stat: teams that score first are 12-3 in the playoffs so far
