Not sure I can remember an offense being this bad, with so much hype about it (yes, I know we've had injuries).

But.....6 runs in 4.3 games is...pretty not good.

Too late.  I was advocating trading him and Moncada over a year ago.  Probably could have gotten quite a haul for those two back then.  Now, not so much.

We have seen this show before.  It's just not supposed to happen now during the contention window.  

Cubs scored more runs today than the Sox have in the last 8 games. 

The offense will be fine in general, although likely exploited in the post season.

It’s the pitching that’s the concern, in particular the rotation.  We have four starting pitchers and zero depth.  That’s a big fucking problem when two of the four are injured.

Who gives a rats ass about VV strikeouts if he gives up 4 runs early every game and the team can’t score 

Bringing back Carlos or signing Ray or Gausman were no brainers.  Still can’t believe we passed on all those options and now are so desperate we are dreaming of Cueto starts.
