Why do we continue to put Bummer out there when he has sucked

When Buxton was getting injured all the time I really wanted to trade for him before we ever had any thoughts about Robert or maybe right after we bought Robert

Godoy literally didn't do anything against anyone else today and Bummer couldn't even throw 3 pitches over the plate to him. It's infuriating.

Was about to say this exactly. There are a million guys out there who have the stuff but still can’t hack it in the majors. Bummer is one of them.

He’s probably happy they don’t play tomorrow so he can have a late night 

Bummer sucks but man this ump went from calling a pitch 12 inches inside a strike to pollack to squeezing every pitch bummer throws

Bummer has lost a whole MPH on his sinker this year and he can't locate it for shit. With the way his delivery is, it almost seems like his arm could be breaking down.
