Harper just hit a grand slam to tie the Angels Bot 8, who could go on to lose 11 in a row.  Crazy season.

He got all of it. Don't see much of that from the Sox this year.

I'd prefer Vaughn at 1B and Engel in the OF over both of those options.

At this point, Yaz should never be in the lineup when he's not catching. Engel, even when he's not hitting, gives you plus value as a defender. If you don't have nine guys giving you plus value with t

You've gone all Parkman recently.

Jesus, Hader going for 40 unscored upon appearances in a row.  Must be nice.

It’s TLR madness.  No win is an easy win with TLR in charge.

that was a big win honestly. need to keep stacking them.

Unnecessarily close for leaving Giolito in too long, and not piling in more runs after the 2nd inning, even though we had 16 hits.

Tony left Grandal at first lolololol

TLR should go for mental acuity and cognitive ability tests.  It’s just too many bad, unexplainable decisions.

Easier than being optimistic

Angels just got walked off by Stott. Sox are half a game back of the last WC spot.

Still in it…

Not that Vaughn's batted, you have to put in Engel and move Vaughn to 1B.

You have to.

Hey man, did you forget who is in charge.  He also never adjusts.

It was obvious Gio was tiring in the 5th.  But TLR is epically clueless with bullpen management.

Doesn’t the pitching coach or bench coach ever advise TLR on what is best to do.?  Or are we saddled with coaches who are afraid to contradict a HOF manager and have converted to merely yes men?

Tony probably has the final say. I've seen way too many instances of him leaving guys in for way too long to think that Katz would be ok with all of those decisions.

I pretend I'm at the ball park cheering them on and making positive noise. No sense booing much. Just have fun regardless of outcome.

The are constantly talking. Katz always talks about how he handles his pitching staff and how he has then work.

TLR is known for letting his pitching coach do his own thing and really doesn't get involved. Can't vouch for the hitting coach and their relationship.

Nice win. Good to see 4-5 guys hitting fairly well. Love me some Burger, Vaughn, Robert, Jose especially.

Crazy how when Tony put all the guys who are hitting at the top together that we end up scoring more than 3 runs.
