CentralChamps21 Posted June 12, 2022 Author Share Posted June 12, 2022 One thing this weekend emphasizes is that the starting pitchers have to get better at getting through at least 6 innings. Today's freak injury notwithstanding, Kopech, Cease and Giolito have all struggled to make it through 6 innings this year. JR made a terrible choice in hiring TLR. Everyone knew it. It was a totally selfish choice to try to ease his guilt for letting Hawk fire TLR. He wasn't doing the best thing for the team or the franchise he was doing the best thing for JR. And now this is the result. And JR is still making the selfish choice of keeping TLR when everyone can see a change is needed. So how are we as Sox fans supposed to react when the Owner could care less about us and is only making decisions that are best for himself. Sox trying to avoid being 7 games back in the division for the first time all season. Guardians already won, so they will be 3-4 GB at the end of day.
