Engel is sucking more than Leury.  You need to make contact with the bases loaded and one out.  This is not championship baseball.

He’s a groundball out machine. Time for a fresh new face. Possibly in a trade?

Hope you are right about the wins.  Not sure about Tony waking up, there is less oxygen in Denver and he needs more sleep.

Sox "insider" on the broadcast: gonna trade for bullpen help

Who? Steve Stone?

TA pulls a ground ball with RISP.  Shocking.

He is not going the other way with RISP, but with no one on almost always goes the opposite way and is much more effective.

Safe

You continue to have some of the absolute worst takes on this board. You can go argue with someone else I’m not even going to entertain this.

Lol yea and complaining about how a 35 yr old catcher runs or because he's hitting .500 in his last 20 ABs is a great take.  What a maroon ! If anyone else could hit a HR on this team there would be no problems.

Station to station

I remember when people ripped the Sox offense led by Thomas, Konerko, Ordonez, & Lee for being station to station.  Meanwhile, now we have a bunch of slow guys hitting groundballs without the insane amount of homers.  Got to love a Frank Menechino offense!

Overturned yet again

No. Some other guy.

I hope our next first baseman can actually stretch for the ball

It'd be nice if Vaughn played 1st base regularly enough for us to find out if that's something he can actually do

Some "insider" guy was brought on in place of Garfien to talk about how Hahn said the Sox were looking for bullpen help.

My man, he’s 33 first of all and he has 5 XBH in 186 at bats. I’m going to die of old age waiting for him to find his HR stroke.

Very encouraging to see Kopech find his good slider the last 2 innings

The way he’s swinging, it doesn’t appear a big power run is coming. He’s swinging like someone who has no power in his legs.

It's just one of the Sox on 35th guys they have on

tim unimpressive defensively for a while now

Oddly enough he was killing the ball on his rehab assignment

its refreshing to see a team boot it around like this against us

Kiermaier went down; send Engel to Tampa.  He's their kind of outfielder.

I can’t believe Yoan doesn’t steal more, he looks so fast
