8/10 at KC - Cueto vs. Bubic (7:10 start)

On FS1 they just mentioned that the Sox have had 110 different lineups out of 111 games. Unbelievable.  Many opportunities for TLR to screw it up.  It also shows not only injuries but also too many players resting.

  • What I love about Fire Tony is that he’s always trying to win tomorrow’s game.  We’re like 15 or 20 over .500 in winning tomorrow’s game today b

Was watching the end of the game last night as I was leaving my fiance's parents house. Yaz is awful behind the plate.

Benetti and Stone

I think Jason genuinely likes Stone, but I don’t think he loves working with him at this point.  Stone only loves the hand that feeds him anymore.

jason makes me laugh

when we strike out on pitches down the middle and he calls them "high fastballs"

The “approaches” at the plate couldn’t be more asinine and assbackwards, but they need a scape goat at season’s end…

Probably why they're waiting until the offseason so they can say at that point it's their priority to address Menechino's spot because swing changes are too much to deal with during the season.

Tigers' offense somehow worse than Sox...

I wouldn't count on that being their thought process. He'll be back.

Does anyone have the Sox stats with bases loaded this season?  I know it was 3 for 34 or something early on,  but I’d love up to date #s.  It’s gotta be one of the worst bases loaded seasons of all time.

Abreu again

Seems incredibly obvious he will be the fall guy

He was about 2 feet from the bag, how do you trip getting back.  When the ball is hanging in the air and you know it's bound to be caught you should already be on the base waiting for the catch.  Once the catch is made you start towards home trying to draw a throw.  In this case the LF was sleeping and a heads up base runner may have taken advantage of that and scored.

You are absolutely right.  What use is too advance two feet in case the ball drops. If it drops you will score regardless.  Isn’t Super Joe telling Abreu to get ready to tag up?

Really, because I’m thinking it’s obvious everyone is back.

No our coaches don't coach, especially our 1B coach.

Hahn’s already started talking about the lack of homers.  Frank will be gone after the season I’m sure.

So fortunate that didn't skip past Vaughn...

We straight up just suck ass lol

game over, if only we had a real outfielder in left and a MLB lineup

Cueto doesn’t have much at all tonight

Until the press conference when they use the injury excuse to bring them all back

Cueto got screwed on 2 pitches to Melindez that were strikes...

Don’t get your hopes up, we’re 1.5 back and still play the twins/guardians 15 times. If they back into this I don’t see it.

I understand Vuaghn isnt an outfielder but that ball had almost a XBA of .790. It wasnt a gimme.

I watch a lot of Sunday Peacock games.  Just my option based on comparing both broadcasts.  I could totally be projecting though.

Already promoting 2023 season tickets.  Lol.

Watch out for "inflation price hikes."

Caveat emptor.
