As far as just this spring, is Billy's batting average higher than his weight?

I know meaningless stats, stupid question blah blah blah.

I'm too busy learning "Stardust" in Bb, Eb and F to look it up.

Billy is batting .095 with a .174 OBP. 

.317 OPS.

My gawd.

 

I wish they could get away with a 7-man bullpen, and just have Billy as the 26th guy to steal bases, but…2023.

It's stuff like this that kinda makes me think his chances to stick ain't all that great.

Then there's the defense and base running that give me hope.

I just want to see him on the team.

But a fellow his size needs to at least bat his weight on the average.

Yeah, I think the only way rosters would have a chance to expend would be if the extra inning rule was gone.

The thing is, Hamilton looks like he’s been lucky to hit .095. From the eye test, he just doesn’t look like he can survive at the plate. At a certain point, even those these games are meaningless, you have to scout your own players. Marisnick and Hamilton have looked horrible.

With Romy being awful this spring, think that decision has probably been made.

I doubt there's anything real about what Alberto is doing, but it still might be enough to be the end of Leury

Shaw might be doing enough to steal the last spot in the pen, huh
