It already happened when Sheets fell down. That means it can never happen again.

You know Burger to RF will be suggested because "he has a 3B arm."

Hey, let's go ahead a win a series tomorrow.

Crazy.

The Wise catch (one) is the the one that everyone will still remember 25 years from now...and Harrelson's call.

This season the Cubs have a better team so far.  They improved more than we did.  Could we have gone for Bellinger instead of Benintendi, we could have used the extra power.

Attendance is directly proportional to winning.  Should be a little more tomorrow.

Same problem as last year.  Poor roster construction for a homer friendly park. We needed to go after some established power hitters like Bellinger.  We are going to get hammered at home by teams with home run power.

My favorite game out of all that I've attended, and in the wonderfully fantabulous 2007 season, nonetheless! Sosa pickoff after the walk was *chefs kiss*.

Not with a Wednesday day game.

I would put Burger at catcher. It isn't that hard seriously. He's too dumpy to play in the field.

That would be great for his Achilles tendons. Paging Greg !

I could fix this one in five minutes. Just schedule Chicago flash mob events for the ballpark at game time. They get the upper deck to party away. FYI Dodgers only drew 46K tonight for a potential no-hitter.

If they tell the truth it'd be 5,000 to 10,000. They'll call it 12 to 15000 IMO.

Means that 12,542 had tickets to the two games.

That was in the perfecto, not the no-hitter.

To be honest, I actually enjoy attending those empty games.

Okay number of tickets sold not accurately reflecting bodies in the actual seats... but that doesn't sound as good for tv viewers.

I like a nice 20-22K crowd.  Those low crowds are too depressing.

That's fair. One of the best times I had at the ballpark was the first game I went to after the lockdown but they were still limiting the # of people there. It was just so great to be with fans again. Everyone was in a wonderful mood as there was just a general feeling of relief....finally.  That 1st high five with a neighboring fan, who I did not know from Adam, felt terrific.
