Will Taylor is the guy I'm most intruiged by in this years draft and I can't believe there isn't video of this home run.  He was a WR at Clemson for two years and quit this year to focus on baseball so this is the first fall he's ever played baseball.  He has a couple things to clean up in his game and if he makes that jump he could be a top of the first round guy.  Getz said he wants more speed and athleticism.  Well, this could be his guy,

I hope this guy falls to the Sox. Yes, it’s not a premium position guy but he can do three premium things. He can hit, he can get on base and he can hit the ball out of the park with regularity.

unfortunately that spiderman celebration is terrible. I'd remove him from my list.

The amount of 1b profile at the top of this draft is terrifying.  When you add two other top picks with 2b profiles, this is not the draft you want to be picking super high in. Especially with that f-ed up new top 6 rule.

That's why unless my guy Will Taylor makes a jump which I'm really hoping he does I think they should go college arm.  The organization obviously needs arms and there should be some pretty good ones to chose from at the top of the draft.  I'm not a big Chase Burns fan but I'll give him the spring to prove he can start.  I like Brody Brecht and Thatcher Hurd.  I like Hagen Smith but he has to stay healthy which has proven difficult for Arkansas pitchers.  Then there are guys who can make jumps like Jac Caglianone, Ben Hess, Jon Santucci, Michael Massey and Josh Hartle.  It should be fun to follow these guys during the spring.

I'm pretty conflicted. I wouldn't be upset if they landed the #1 pick but the franchise might be better off if they get the 7th pick.

I don't know what to root for either. Even if the class isn't considered super strong at the top, having that large bonus pool is a huge boon. If you are good at identifying, drafting, and developing at least.
