Man this team is so poorly run, I get there are injuries but our bench is currently 2 catchers and 2 first baseman. Like wtf.

I think hes 15, Konerko made a comment he coached him from 9U through 14U but now hes going to high school and needs to spread his wings

Don't blame him.  Guy made over $130M in his career, and probably saved a good bit of it as he seems like an intelligent guy. 

I'd much rather golf, coach my kids teams and watch my money grow than the daily grind of a hitting coach.  Not all that glamorous when you already have more than enough money to not ever have to worry about it.
