This season is somehow capable of making Oppenheimer look positive and perky/peppy.

That would be asking for the GM to have some sort of imagination, which for the last 10 years his only imagination is his obsession on relief pitchers. 

Colas and Zavala vs. Duran might as well be A Bomb vs. Japanese civilians.

Reyes has 1200 ABs in MLB with a .264 average. After his rookie year he had 4 years over .250. He would instantly be one of or too 5 hitters.  Better than grandal, andrus, sheets, seby, colas, perez, burger. 

If I were scouting the Sox right now, I might want Bummer.  He started the year hurt and was terrible. Lately, he's been pretty darn good.

Eric Karros seems annoyed he's being paid to describe this game.

Missed the 8th inning, and I went back to see the pitches Burger swung at. Such a terrible team.   Gotta love Perez is someone they use to PH.
