They could, because they sure have the prospects to do so, but their rotation is likely filled out now. I doubt they will still go after Cease now. This trade aligns perfectly with Elias not wanting to give up his premium prospects. He basically gave up two replaceable guys that made sense to move because they don’t have room for them.
