nrockway Posted April 3 Share Posted April 3 Burger's transformation from slugger into BABIP merchant is interesting. He's batting .310 to start the season but only .667 OPS. No homers. In 291 plate appearances with the Marlins (including spring training), he's hit 11 home runs. Compare that to 323 plate appearances with the Sox last year and 25 home runs.
