I’d rather watch neither.  Getz is such a terrible GM that he passed on several players he could have acquired for a song that would have improved this team.

Schriffen will never get a clue. He is more reason not to watch the Sox on TV.

Vargas should never swing the bat.  Only way he gets on base.

You knew Fletcher would hit into the double play. He had no chance up there with the weak little grounder.

I love that they’re going to break the record at home. I hope the handful of fans there celebrate loudly after the final out. 

Getz can't believe that on the precipice of infamy, his stud trade acquisitions Vargas, Amaya, Fletcher and DeLoach 0-14 with 9 strikeouts. 

And 3 walks for Vargas. Maybe they're fixing him?

I half watched this game and Schriffen was on fire tonight as the chooch he is. Pregame he yelled Flexen has his curve all working. He hadn’t throw a pitch yet. Then  he said the Sox were playing the Dodgers. And the said the bullpen has become a team strength.

Clueless excited little puppy. I can’t take the guy, listened for half an inning, he has no clue.

The best part was the fame thread title.  It made me laugh.

Did that Flexen contract come with an option for next season?

Edit....I looked it up and said he's arb 2. How does that work when you sign a free agent who still has arbitration years? The Sox keep him if they want to?

Edit again...looked it up again and yes the Sox still have control of Flexen if they want.
