As I told Harold the other day if you're looking to come onto a team's forum that is currently mired in a historical, 120+ year stretch of futility and you're expecting people to not be venting -- you're in the wrong place. Let people vent. It's much healthier than not.

I've been here for over 20 years....I am fine with people venting, it gets old when it's the same 2-3 posters all the time with the same complaint.

Agreed. Honestly, I was glad Clevinger walked those guys. Anything to possibly show him the door sooner. f*** him. He has no business even being here. Like you said, give Coffey a shot or spend whatever you’re paying him on literally anyone else. There’s zero upside that he’s here.

I think there is a lot more then 2-3  of us.

It's a place to vent and for some of us these loses hurt and where this franchise is also hurts a lot.

Even Martin Maldonado (clearly one of the worst players in baseball last year) has been relatively decent in SD...hitting over the Mendoza Line, at least.
