White Sox (4-14) @ Red Sox (10-10) 6:10 p.m. CST

Another game with three runs or less and another pitcher with the dreaded "forearm soreness" which will translate to a date with the doctor for TJS, the eighth Sox pitcher to have it this year.

Maybe they can get a group discount?????????????

Hope you all are enjoying the team.

Getz said we will be better then last  year.  Maybe he meant we win 43 games

Thank you Jerry and Chris

BTW_ Chris should have another podcast coming out with some jabronis like McGuffy and Kap where he touts his prowess as a GM for the the worst team in history.

Looking forward to the sequel.

Seems like an Adam Sandler or Andrew Dice Clay thing to say...

The seven straight road losses to open a season is a franchise record.

The disaster that the franchise has become continues to manifest itself in unusual ways more and more.

Another house cleaning is a must.  Starting with Jerry’s unfortunate demise and leading to Chris Getz never getting another job in baseball again.

Man, I didn't know many futility records were still available after last year. You know you can make the playoffs if you go .500 on the road. So some playoff caliber teams go .500. When you win on the average say 2 of every 10 road games, yikes, puts the pressure on your performance at home if u wanna win 60 games.

I'm so tired of watching non-competitive south side baseball.

When I say something like this it doesn't go over well on the board. Many feel I don't understand modern baseball and what it takes to build a winner.

I will probably start to gravitate towards watching other games. As soon as the Sox went down 6-1 last night or whatever it was I turned on the Mets/Cardinals game. Much better viewing experience. I love the game. It continues to improve while the white sox continue to flounder. If the team I love isn't going to love back, see ya. I'll go get my entertainment value elsewhere, where the teams are actually invested in. I'll start watching again when I see strong evidence that things have changed. Translation--that means not being the worst team in the league, or bottom 5. And then things are trending upward.

This is where I have been the past few seasons. MLB.tv is a saving grace. There is just so much better baseball to watch elsewhere than to let JR's unceasing disgrace rob me of baseball joy.

No, you say "would anyone even care if the Chicago White Sox existed anymore?"

Right now a Tucker extension.

Schultz Hagen or Taylor injury.

Rockies getting #1 overall pick.

Teel and Meidroth disappointing.

Michael Reinsdorf deciding he wants to "fix" the White Sox instead of selling to Ishbia.

No hitter tmrw by Crochet.

Eh I’m actively rooting for a Crochet no hitter.

Watching the farm systems are more interesting. It about development over wins and losses.  The better farm teams do have more wins though.
