This would be a good add who has had a few decent seasons. 5

He doesn’t have a history of eating innings though and it’s a significant injury he’s recovering from. Unless they sign him as an upside play and someone really cheap like Patrick Corbin as well. WhiteSox2023
Nothing is surprising about this. I doubt the Sox add another significant free agent pitcher. I also doubt the Cubs nab either Bregman or Bichette. Hoyer will cheap out and stick with Shaw and it’s probably the wise move anyways. The guy hasn’t been a productive pitcher since 2020. Hard pass. Edited January 7 by WhiteSox2023

They'll probably grab up another couple of this type.

CWSpalehoseCWS
What an atrocious savant page too. Outside of the elite GB% it's A LOT of blue... and even that seems like a huge outlier compared to the rest of his career.

Probably low cost and maybe he can eat some innings. But do want to say he's on my "this guy stinks" list. How do I subscribe to your "this guy stinks" list?.....it's nice to stay informed of what our next bullpen might look like.

Funny how during the dregs years the Sox always go hunting for bodies in the bullpen this time of year.
