Just a matter of time.  The Robert trade was probably his last piece of leverage.

Good for the Dodgers, they care about winning unlike a bunch of other teams.

  • I have a really hard time viewing the Jerry Reinsdorf owned White Sox as victims. The system most designed to screw the Sox is the one JR operates.

The Dodgers lol.  This league is just dumb. Best is those who think there are no issues. "Free Market."

Brewers doing absolutely nothing to try and contend

They are looking to move one pitcher who they know they can’t resign after this season and another pitcher who is overhyped right now with years of control remaining.  I don’t think it is a completely outrageous strategy for them to try to restock and this is the only way a team gets top prospects anymore.  But yeah, it will definitely will impact their 2026.

Nice timing, Sleepy.  I’ll assume the other pitcher going to the Mets is Myers.  The only way to get top prospects these days.  Gotta make a splash.

Dats a lots of prospects.  Doesn’t look like any are in the top 100 listings though.

No top 100. Even their most recent #1 draft pick didn't crack it.

Fien was just drafted and would definitely be on that list very soon

Are the Nationals breaking up their rebuild to start another rebuild?

Gore only has 2 years of control left. They probably don't think they can start competing again in that time frame.

What happened to this dude?  He was pretty beastly for the Astros in 2023.

They do it every year and yet still win the division.

Credit to Ramirez for staying with the same team his whole career but he has left a lot of money on the table by never going to free agency. He could easily double that on the open market.

Makes me like him even more. He’s clearly happy in Cleveland and he made staying there his priority over getting significantly more money. Respect the hell out of that.
