May 29May 29 I had a few knee injuries including an MCL. I am not going to relate my own experience other than the fact that a knee brace seemed to help me through it. Anyway, I Googled can a knee brace help an MCL injury and the information there seemed to confirm what my own experiences were. The extra time Teel has had to let his hamstring heel might be a blessing in disguise.Whatever the case is, I hope he is back soon. Kyle is one of my favorite players since I met him at SoxFest in Bridgeport last year. You won't find a better person to play for the White Sox.
