I'd go:

Teel, Sam, Mune, Colson, Vargas, Meidroth and then whoever else is the OF and DH. Just lump our 6 best hitters together and make sure Teel and Sam are getting a ton of ABs they are they table setters for the boppers.

Yeah I’m not too worried about all the lefties in a row (against a righty anyway) but if anyone is, can slide Vargas into the 3 spot. I like Sam and Teel 1-2. Meidroth can hit 9th to act as second leadoff hitter.

So 4 straight lefties? Ballsy

I don’t think there’s ever been a time in my life (probably most of us) where we had too many good lefty hitters. You love to see it.

Angels are good for nothing. Cleveland swept them, not they are 3 games above .500

This didn't fly off the rack?

I was able to grab a bunch of onesies for my nephew due next month, hat, button up, and that fleece blanket for $60. Not bad

They already have. Maybe Roch replaces Vargas, Montgomery, Meidroth, or Antonacci, but maybe not. All of these players have some unique talent(s) that they are bringing to the team, and it is all working together right now.

Yes....but eventually Braden Roch Bonemer #41 pick and Carlson will factor in.

Let's just guess 3/5 will likely happen.

Big contract. He slaughters the White Sox, so NL teams not so enamored. There was an article a few days ago saying Yanks would be interested, but that was hogwash, saying Yanks would give up a shitload of prospects. Angels probably stuck.

Sox are sure giving Kelenic a solid opportunity.

No one is giving up a big prospect package for Mike Trout.

He hasn't played more than 135 games in a season since the last White Sox rebuild was getting going. He has qualified for a batting title in a full season once since COVID happened. He is also owned $37.1m prorated for the rest of this year, plus another 4 years at $37.1 million per season. We are talking about $175 million for a dude who has played less than 80 games in 3 of the past 5 seasons.

I know writers need to write, but this is absurd.

He's been hitting the ball hard but is a mediocre RF at best and needs to improve his LA. We have nobody better right now so keep trotting him out I guess. At least he hasn't made any bone headed game losing mistakes other than getting picked off the other day.

In any Sox fans life, dead or alive. Sox have the worst LH output in baseball history. Getting a lot more LH and emphasis on OBP was part of the Getz plan. That right there should tell you that even as Director of Player Development that he didnt have much input over who was drafted or he learned a lot very fast when he started surrounding himself with people smarter than himself.

Its simple math when most pitchers are RH you should have a lot of LHH. Being overly RH with too many free swingers was part of the reason why the last rebuild failed .

Yeah he’s actually been smashing the s%*# out of the ball. His xwOBA IS .418!

Needs to get some loft going, though, as you said.

Braden Montgomery just went deep

Weather in Chicago looks about as "spring" like as here today. Cool and damp still.

Good start for Noah, battling control a bit but buckled down.
