I predicted a day off for Vargas yesterday. He looks spent. I know it's tough to give him a breather when we're about to get swept, but it's needed. Hopefully, one of the scuffling young guys will run

I feel like our lineups keep getting worse and worse

That’ll happen when guys start scuffling. Will be nice to get Teel back in the lineup regularly hopefully starting tomorrow

If the Sox could hit it nice and soft like that they'd have a couple hits themselves

I hate the jump on him early in the count BS. Make the guy work, see pitches

But why? Are you just saying that because we are making outs?

It sucks to make quick outs, but it also sucks to be down 0-2/1-2 often.

Sox xBA is higher than Tigers today at this point.

I wish I had Riley Greene's adderall prescription 👀

Scratch that, the Greene blooper was a 100% hit probability and that nudged them up higher D

I got news for you. Their pitcher isn’t getting a lot of time to rest either. Martin is plowing thru ‘em.

Pitchers' duels always feel worse as the road team IMO

Dumb dumb Quero challenging on a crappy one. There have been at least two missed calls we could have challenged

Montero has not thrown many good pitches to hit in this one so far. It can be hard to make things happen a pitcher isn't making mistakes and isn't walking people.

A team has never needed someone back more than the Sox need Teel.

Quero and Romo are useless. Neither do anything even average.

We are Teel-Minus 24 hours.

So true. Teel can’t get here soon enough.

It was a brutally bad challenge. The count was already 3-0 to one of their best hitters and a base open. Even if he won the challenge, he likely walks anyway or drives in the run.

Schultz looks to be ready to come back with Teel.

Stone keeps telling us that Quero has hit his entire career, and therefore, he’s gonna hit again this year.

But when?
