I think it's good to see some pitches at least the first time through the order. Lets them see how the ball is moving and gets the pitch count up

FWIW, I thought it was reported on the air that they planned to give Noah three rehab starts. Frankly, I don't love what I saw today with a little too much traffic on the bases and him needing 57 pitches to get through 2.2 IP.
