I thought this as soon as Taylor started warming. The two swap roles and I agree they'll perform much better.

Everyone except Venable has thought this for a while. Taylor and Dominguez were swapped a couple weeks ago briefly and it worked.

I would bet money that the general roles of the relievers (ie who the closer is) is 100% up to Getz, with Will getting the latitude to do what he needs to during a game.
